Reachta holds a dual degree in English for Business Communication and Tourism and Hospitality Management. He embarked on his professional journey as a Human Resources professional within a renowned Singaporean hospitality company, where he played an instrumental role in establishing two new properties in Phnom Penh, Cambodia as part of the founding team member. Following this successful endeavor, Reachta transitioned to a prominent financial services company under the National Bank of Cambodia, where he served there for a period of two years. Afterwards, he moved into a new industry, to a top tier law firm in Cambodia, where he immersed himself in HR field for an additional two years, working alongside a professional team and legal practitioners.

Reachta is passionate about nurturing individuals and fostering their growth and happiness in the workplace. Leveraging these extensive experiences across various industries, Reachta possesses a versatile skill set and a deep comprehension of the diverse sectors. He eagerly anticipates this successful journey with the school, aspiring for its recognition as the premier educational institution in Cambodia or Southeast Asia in the near future.
