Kunthea Chhe studied Business Administration at Pannasastra University and  Professional Communications at the Institute of Foreign Languages Phnom Penh. She previously worked at a local university where she was in charge of student affairs. She enjoys working in the school environment; with the young children, students, parents and the international staff. She enjoys working as part of a wider team, collaborating to meet the needs of each other and the school.

Kunthea is married with a young daughter. She enjoys playing basketball, travelling, especially Asian destinations, reading fictional novels, swimming and going for walks in the park with her family. In the past she has won basketball competitions and is looking to get back on court, when she finds the time. Although she did her further and higher education in Phnom Penh, she is originally form Kandal province, where she goes back to visit as often as she can, enjoying spending her time by the river on the family farm.
