The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of admissions practices and procedures. They should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team, specifically with the Marketing team, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional service to our students and their families.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or related field. Master’s degree is an advantage
- English (Proficiency Level), other languages are an advantage
- Previous experience at least 5 years in admissions, enrollment management, or customer service roles, preferably in an international educational setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a customer-focused approach to addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and admissions management software is desirable.
- Safeguarding and child protection in international school setting trained.
